National Training Federation Wales (2023-24)
Arad undertook surveys and interviews with employers to gather their views on apprenticeships and training providers, along with research examining data and literature on the impact of apprenticeships on apprentices, employers and the Welsh economy and their overall value for money and provided recommendations as to how to promote them in future.

EESW (2023-24)
Arad was commissioned by Engineering Education Scheme in Wales (EESW), to evaluate the STEMCymru 2, a European Social Fund (ESF) funded project aimed at 11–19-year-olds in West Wales and the Valleys (WW&V) region to encourage participation in engineering activities and improve STEM skills. The evaluation involved developing research tools and visiting schools to experience how the project was being delivered.

Future Generations Commissioner (2022-23)
Arad completed an evaluation of the Academy, assessing its performance against it strategic goals and its impact on the skills and aspirations of the young people participating in the training programmes. The final report included case studies with participants, mentors and employers and recommendations for future expansion of the Academy.

National Museum Wales (2022-23)
Arad designed a logic model and evaluation framework to support the evaluation of the Fusion programme. This was an engagement programme targeting young people from under-represented groups to develop skills and confidence and to engage with their communities through arts and heritage activities.

ScreenSkills (2019-22)
The strategy ran from 2018-2022 and was developed to support the growth and international competitiveness of UK film businesses and support the critical and commercial success of UK creative talent at home and abroad. Arad produced a logic / theory of change model and evaluation framework to support ScreenSkills’ delivery of the Future Film Skills Programme for the BFI and to support internal monitoring of the impact of the programme. Mid-term and final evaluations of the economic and creative impact of the strategy across the UK were also produced.
