The Welsh Government has published Arad’s evaluation of the Welsh Language Charter and associated programmes which aim to increase the social use of the Welsh language among children and young people. The study examined the delivery of four programmes across Welsh-medium and English-medium schools and provided guidance on the development of a new national framework for the Welsh Language Charter.
