Felicity Morris
Senior Researcher

 

Felicity is a senior researcher who joined Arad in 2022 whilst in her final stages of completing her PhD in Sociology at Cardiff University. Her Doctorate study explored the experiences and impact of Physician Associates (PAs) in the context of NHS Wales. Felicity has experience in designing data collection tools, conducting desk-based research, surveys, interviews and analysing qualitative and quantitative data. Her areas of research interest include health, education and children and families.

Felicity’s research project experience includes the Formative Evaluation of Curriculum for Wales for Welsh Government; the evaluation of Versus Arthritis’ CWTCH Cymru Project, a community-based support project for people living with arthritis; the evaluation of Schools Love Reading/Caru Darllen Ysgolion for the Books Council of Wales and research into Postgraduate Research student experiences on behalf of the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales.

Outside of Arad, Felicity loves spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym and playing tennis.
