Hefin Thomas
Director

Hefin is one of Arad’s founding directors and has over 20 years of experience managing research projects for a variety of clients. His recent experience has involved managing evaluations of large-scale education reforms, such as Curriculum for Wales, as well as conducting project evaluations and organisational impact assessments. Hefin has worked across a range of sectors including education and skills, culture and heritage, sport and the Welsh language.

Hefin is equally comfortable working through the medium of Welsh or English and has extensive experience of designing, managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.  Outside of work, Hefin enjoys a variety of sports, coaching junior rugby and occasionally performing in a rock band.
