Joanne Davis
Senior Researcher

Jo joined Arad as a Senior Researcher in 2022. She has a background in data analysis and 10 years’ experience of working on research and evaluation projects across the UK.  Jo’s research interests include education, social inequality, childcare and families.  Jo is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and is particularly interested in designing theories of change and evaluation frameworks as well as survey design.

Jo has worked on a range of projects at Arad including the Welsh Government Curriculum for Wales evaluation, the National Music Service evaluation for the WLGA and research for the National Training Federation Wales

When not at Arad, Jo enjoys chasing around her two young boys, knitting, drawing, and singing very loudly to karaoke.
